THE CYTOSKELETON OF NEURONS AND GLIA

Structural and functional basis of the brain

The Cytoskeleton of neurons and glia is a bi-weekly online webinar series on Thursdays (8 a.m. PST/11 a.m. EST/ 4 p.m. GMT/ 5 p.m. CET) organized by young researchers across the globe to share your science with colleagues. The webinars are particularly designed to encourage early-career scientists to present their work and receive exciting feedback. We also regularly organize special sessions, in which we invite well-established leaders in the field.

Format of the seminars: One talk per seminar of 20 minutes presentation and 10 minutes discussion. For the special sessions, it is 40 minutes of presentation followed by 15 minutes of discussion.

Interested PhDs, Postdocs and PI's who are willing to present at this webinar series are encouraged to contact us.

We hope to bring together scientists from different career stages working on diverse aspects of cytoskeleton research to discuss the on-going and future science in the field.

Developing Neurons

Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution
